No joke: Many iontophoresis devices have a rigid or fixed time programme and you can't change, shorten or extend anything on the device side! Yes, but what is that?
Of course, it can work well - it often works out at 15 minutes or 20 minutes per session. But what if not? Treat with a stopwatch on the side? Switch the device on and off several times?

You have to get vicious with a pair of scissors or a cutter knife to get them off, let alone the device (awesome! Comparable to Konrad's special glue!).

Current form and setting
Variable pulse current from gentle 60 % in steps of 10 up to 100 % direct current - in simple terms: adjustable from gentle to hard. This advanced and essential feature explained in detail: Point Hidrex - Advantages in iontophoresis treatment. The 50 % pulse was explicitly omitted because - in our opinion - it is not as suitable for iontophoresis against sweating as a 60 % pulse. We consider the 50 % to be more suitable for cosmetic treatments. However, there is not that much difference (10 %).
This is one of the easier exercises with this device: The bar display provides information on whether something needs to be optimised. The permanent displays of volts AND mA allow you to draw conclusions about the resistance and recognise whether something could be better adjusted.

The ComfortION is a new development that replaces our standard ConnectION rental device
The Comfort has the same features as the "old device" and also offers freer access to the treatment time from 1-60 minutes (Connect: 15-29 only via app, otherwise standard 15)
It has a better display and shows volts and mA at the same time, a bar display shows whether the device is running in the optimum range (full deflection: everything is great)
You can set the device without an app - which is the argument for us to carry out a rental upgrade.
There are no pictures or videos yet because it is still so new, these will only come later, so the Connect is still displayed.
As soon as the Comfort is listed, the prices for the Comfort will be higher than the current prices for the Connect.
The ConnectION will then be listed significantly more expensive in the future (unfortunately, the Bluetooth module in a medical device has become abnormally expensive, which is why they have switched back to 4-button operation - this avoids double assignments).

We found this good in the end. I think for us the instructions could have been a lot clearer. We eventually realised we were not doing it correctly. It has definitely helped my teenage son - more with his hands than feet. The team were good at responding quickly to questions. We did but the machine so we obviously were happy overall! Just the instructions we found a bit confusing initially.

Rating ComfortION after the first month of use:
The device is really ease to use. As its name says it is really comfortable. No signs of hurting or even tingling. I started with my feet with good results. Not perfect results but enough good ones to feel that I can walk with flip-flops without slipping in my own sweat. It's a new feel !!, Now I'm started with my hands.
In my case, it is very important NOT to do my ionto after a meal because my body resistance increase a lot (even if my meal its not so abundant). So, be careful and keep in mind this situation.
