No memory function?

For some, this even means - on a scale of 0 to 60 = 60 clicks on a button until you reach the top - and that before every treatment: annoying, cumbersome and time-consuming

• Amperage: Adjustable in 1 volt steps up to 60 volts at 30 mA at 2 kΩ - who has so much to offer? This thing really is a welding torch at full power! Relatively few users will be able to utilise the power of this device, but this is a power buffer that many will appreciate: There is no doubt about the performance of this device, and even stubborn cases can be treated with plenty of reserve!
  • A change to the preset current is immediately stored in the memory for the next use - the current can be changed again at any time! This eliminates the need for tedious adjustment before each treatment!
  • Hands and feet can be treated at the same time! Time can be saved thanks to the correctly set pulse width (usually 80 %) and the high maximum possible current

Other devices may not have these reserves

It's a pity if success doesn't materialise because

• too weak
• the device cannot signal certain treatment errors or problems with the performance of iontophoresis
• After a while, you have to increase the current a little because you have become accustomed to it and the device may no longer be able to handle this higher current.

Current form and setting

Variable pulse current from gentle 60 % in steps of 10 up to 100 % direct current - in simple terms: adjustable from gentle to hard. The 50 % pulse was explicitly omitted because - in our opinion - it is not as suitable for iontophoresis against sweating as a 60 % pulse.  We consider the 50 % to be more suitable for cosmetic treatments. However, there is not that much difference (10 %).

Don't be alarmed - order Connect - get Comfort

The ComfortION is a new development that replaces our standard ConnectION rental device

The Comfort has the same features as the "old device" and also offers freer access to the treatment time from 1-60 minutes (Connect: 15-29 only via app, otherwise standard 15)

It has a better display and shows volts and mA at the same time, a bar display shows whether the device is running in the optimum range (full deflection: everything is great)

You can set the device without an app - which is the argument for us to carry out a rental upgrade.

There are no pictures or videos yet because it is still so new, these will only come later, so the Connect is still displayed.

As soon as the Comfort is listed, the prices for the Comfort will be higher than the current prices for the Connect.
The ConnectION will then be listed significantly more expensive in the future (unfortunately, the Bluetooth module in a medical device has become abnormally expensive, which is why they have switched back to 4-button operation - this avoids double assignments).
