Current form and setting
Variable pulse current from gentle 60 % in steps of 10 up to 100 % direct current - in simple terms: adjustable from gentle to hard. This advanced and essential feature explained in detail: Point Hidrex - Advantages in iontophoresis treatment. Under this point you will also find a product comparison of the devices of this renowned manufacturer.
The 50 % pulse was explicitly omitted because - in our opinion - it is not as suitable for iontophoresis against sweating as a 60 % pulse. We consider the 50 % to be more suitable for cosmetic treatments. However, there is not that much difference (10 %).
This is one of the easier exercises with this device: The bar display provides information on whether something needs to be optimised. The permanent displays of volts AND mA allow you to draw conclusions about the resistance and recognise whether something could be better adjusted.

Ich bin begeistert! Das Comfortion ist ein ganz stabiles und tolles Gerät! Es zeigt alles auf dem Display auf einen Blick an, und die Speicherfunktion ist eine echte Erleichterung. Ich muß sagen, ich hatte vorher schon ein anderes Gerät, und habe das Comfortion extra wegen dem Memory ausgewählt. Mein altes Iontophoresegerät (nun leider defekt) ist immer von vorne gestartet und bei den Füßen mußte ich dann jedesmal zu Behandlungsstart 22 mal klicken bis ich meine normale Maximalstärke von 23 mA erreicht habe (ging nur in 1 mA Schritten nach oben). Dann nacheinander die Hände behandelt, dort dann 17 mal klicken für 18 mA - das war echt nervig. Mit dem Hidrex: Alles abgespeichert vom letzten mal, ein Klick für die Füße ein anderer Klick für das Handprogramm und schon kann man die Hände behandeln. Es war übrigens nach langer Recherche das EINZIGE Gerät mit solch einem Memory und Programmbänken für Hände Füße und Achseln. Hände und Füße habe ich noch nicht gemeinsam behandelt, allerdings gehe ich jetzt mal dran, weil das Gerät noch Reserven hat. Es ist zwar teuer, aber das ist es mir wirklich wert. Alles richtig gemacht also!

The device is really ease to use. As its name says it is really comfortable. No signs of hurting or even tingling. I started with my feet with good results. Not perfect results but enough good ones to feel that I can walk with flip-flops without slipping in my own sweat. It's a new feel !!, Now I'm started with my hands.
