Inizialmente è necessario fare più sedute ravvicinate nel tempo per avere mani asciutte ma dopo un pó di tempo è sufficiente una seduta ogni due settimane. Sono davvero contenta perché è una valida soluzione per l' iperidrosi piuttosto che sopporsi ad intervento non semplice o fare punture con tossina botulinica che mi hanno portato effetti collaterali. Se fai il trattamento regolarmente le mani sono sempre asciutte anche in alcuni momenti di tensione non troppo intensi. Se ci sono momenti di tensione semplicemente faccio sedute più ravvicinate. Llevo usando el aparato desde Julio 2023, después del primer mes usándolo cada día en las tres zonas (manos, pies y axilas), noté que prácticamente no me sudaban nada las manos ni los pies ni las axilas. Mi problema era crónico incluso en verano. Había probado toallitas (me lastimaban la piel), botox y lo último que me quedaba era la operación axilar pero eso no solucionaba nada de los pies.
Al final por suerte alquilé el aparato y tengo que decir que estoy muy contento, confiado y sobre todo cómodo con el contacto de manos. Ya he podido quitarme los calcetines y poder andar de forma cómoda sobre el suelo (por ejemplo en yoga ya no me resbalo). Desde luego que es un antes y un después.
He ido variando la frecuencia de aplicación después del primer mes. Estuve 3 semanas en agosto sin poder darme terapia ni un solo día y me volvieron a sudar con menos intensidad, así que no se puede parar el tratamiento y hay que ser constante.
Un fastidio muy grande que le veo es la aplicación de las almohadillas mojadas en las axilas puesto que se pone todo el suelo perdido de agua y toda la ropa. Al final tienes que aplicarlo con una toalla en la cintura, sentado y aun así te mojas. En verano está bien pero en invierno con el frío veremos a ver. Deben sacar algo para mejorar la experiencia de la aplicación en las axilas.
Los valores que uso después de unas cuantas sesiones son los máximos permitidos (15ma manos, 25ma pies y 5ma axilas).
Un buen métido para poder cubrir toda la zona del pie y no solo las plantas, es mojarte bien todo el pie incluyendo tobillos, ponerte un calcetín mojado previamente en cada pie y usar la máquina de forma normal con su maletín. Esto hace que se pueda aplicar la corriente incluso por debajo de los tobillos que me sudaban de forma excesiva también.
Al tercer mes, el maletín de uso del tratamiento, ha empezado a coger color como marrón incluso limpiando bien tanto los electrodos como el maletín después de cada uso. Imagino que será por los electrodos del agua o a saber pero no queda muy bonito.
Cuando tengo alguna herida o cuando hago la compra y voy muy cargado con bolsas, no me puedo dar ese día el tratamiento porque me dan calambres muy fuertes en las manos, justo en la zona donde la piel está más sensible o hay herida. Si tengo que dármelo sí o sí, uso una vaselina pura comprada en la farmacia. Me viene muy bien para los padrastros y las uñas. Me llevé un susto muy grande cuando me pasó la primera vez porque pensaba que se me había roto la máquina pero no, es necesario tener las manos perfectas, sin heridas ni raspones.

I have had great success with my Idromed 5 PS as you can read in my earlier Success post from February 2009 in the old iontophoresis device forum. Some events occurred in my life that unfortunately prevented me from doing any treatments for a few months. During that time my sweating returned to normal, pre-iontophoresis, levels. When I had the opportunity to restart my treatments under my arms, I quickly began getting irritation on my skin. I figured it would go away with time and a little Aloe applied topically. I was mistaken. As the days went by and treatments continued, the irritation became worse.
What I was experiencing were clusters of miniature red bumps around the outer edges of where the sponges touch the skin. During treatment, I would feel a sharp stinging/burning as well as intense itching. This would not stop until I ended the treatment. The pain would subside, but the itching continued. While taking a shower, the hot water on my skin under my arms would always make the itching nearly unbearable.
I tried several remedies recommended by Markus, but the only thing that would work for me was a temporary pause in treatment for a couple of weeks and applying a Urea cream to the irritation area regularly (I used "My Daughter's Hand & Body Cream). The itching and irritation went away after about three weeks.
When I resumed treatments, the irritation slowly began again. I contacted Markus once more, and he sent me some new silicone electrodes to replace my current aluminum electrodes, surmising that my problem was simply an allergic reaction to the material. Well, it worked! After over a month of treatments with the new electrodes, slowly increasing the duration and intensity, I am happy to report very little irritation, if any at all. The itching is still there, but much less intense as before, and I rarely get any of those tiny bumps any more. When I do I just take a day off from treatment and apply the Urea cream twice a day. That seems to solve it enough to continue.

Meine Iontophorese-Geschichte: Very Happy
Ich habe über meine Krankenkasse das Gerät Hidrex GS 400 für die Hände und Füße zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Habe es dann wirklich mindestens 10 Wochen so gut wie jeden Tag mit dem Gerät versucht, aber leider nie einen Erfolg spüren können. Ich muss dazu sagen, dass ich unter einer eher starken Form der Hyperhidrose an Händen und Füßen leide. Ich habe mich deswegen dazu entschlossen den Service von Markus Bindner in Anspruch zu nehmen und er hat mir ein paar Ratschläge für die Verwendung des Hidrex Geräts gegeben. Leider hat es dann aber immer noch nicht funktioniert und Markus hat mir angeboten, das Idromed 5 PS für 6 Wochen kostenlos auszuprobieren. Dies habe ich auch gemacht, leider hatte es aber immer noch nicht wirklich Wirkung gezeigt und ich habe die Frist noch mal um drei Wochen verlängert bekommen!!! In dieser Zeit habe ich mich auch immer wieder mit Markus und Ana in Verbindung gesetzt und sie gaben mir weitere wetvolle Tipps . Und tatsächlich hat sich was getan! Ich muss zwar sagen, dass ich noch nicht zu 100% ?trocken? bin, es gibt immer wieder Situationen, in denen ich schwitze, dann aber wirklich nur ganz kurz und um einiges weniger als früher. Ich bin guter Dinge, dass es vielleicht noch ein bisschen besser wird. Ich gebe auf jeden Fall nicht auf und mache jeden Tag fleißig weiter, auch wenn es manchmal ganz schön nervt. Da muss man durch! Aber allein, dass es schon um längen besser geworden ist als früher, ist toll! Man hat gleich ein ganz anderes Lebensgefühl und ich gehe jetzt auch wieder gerne weg, was mir wirklich lange Zeit nicht viel Spaß gemacht hat, da die Krankheit einen doch sehr einschränkt!
Ich kann den Service vom Markus Bindner-Team ehrlich jedem nur empfehlen. Man bekommt superschnell Antwort auf eine Frage, die Antworten sind jedes Mal sehr nett und man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Es ging sogar so weit, dass Ana bei meiner Krankenkasse anrief, um zu fragen, ob ich das Idromed 5 PS nicht auch von ihnen zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen kann!!! Leider machen die das nicht, und ich muss das Gerät jetzt selber zahlen. Aber das nehme ich in Kauf! Trotzdem die Krankenkassen soll einer verstehen?

Meinem Idromed 5 PS mit Pulsstrom geb gerne 5 Sterne! Ich muss sagen, dass ich, seit ich trocken bin, das Grinsen nicht mehr aus dem Gesicht bekomme. Schlagartig - nach nur 4 Tagen - war aller Schweiß weg und ich habe ein Hautgefühl, dass ich nicht mehr kenne. So muss das früher gewesen sein, als ich noch ein Kind war. Das schwitzen hat bei mir in der Pubertät angefangen und es hat bis zum Idromed nicht mehr aufgehört. Nachdem ich die Hände trocken habe ich mit den Füßen angefangen - mit gleichem Erfolg!
