Our recommendation against sweating: iontophoresis
Our recommendation against sweating is and remains iontophoresis.
Get to know all your options before making a purchase - you should always choose the right device! At a first glance, iontophoresis may look quite simple. In reality, there are many important factors to consider, and some of them might not be obvious to you from the start. A good device, the right materials, the right accessories for each respective treatment area, and the best form of electric current - our iontophoresis guide explains all of these factors. Here, you can find four different selection tools. The section titled "We recommend" gives you all necessary information and explains some important basics:
- Iontophoresis - how, where, when, what?
- Our iontophoresis compass - helps you find the right course
- The right rhythm - pulsed current, or: why we always recommend this type of current
- Choosing the right device: understanding differences between devices and manufacturers
- Comfortable treatment
In our opinion, constant direct current, though a classic, is not a good option. We see few advantages over the advanced pulsed current. Direct current can diminish the success of the iontophoresis treatment, and worse yet, even prevent it. Since this hard current may cause discomfort, the required amperage or current dose can often not be achieved.
For more information about pulsed current, see 3).
Rely on the experience of the manufacturer and the seller!
When problems occur, the important question is: do they know what to do? Last but not least, we believe that our lengthy warranty period speaks for itself!
