This is the guiding principle of the Idromed series. The Idromed devices have been developed in such a safe and simple manner that even children can operate them. Of course, this simplicity also benefits adults.
Accidentally selecting the wrong treatment current (switch between direct and pulsed current) leads to confusion and unpleasant experiences. Children are not the only ones to react sensitively in these cases.

The Idromed is so simple, it only needs one control element:
One big button.
Press once, the device turns on, the treatment can start.
Adjusting the settings during the therapy is just as simple.
The current is set by turning the big button.
Turned to the right, the device increases the current; turned to the left, the current is decreased.
Press the button again: the device switches off.
You can't go wrong with an Idromed.

How to treat
- The case can be divided - just right for hands or feet - divide the case for simultaneous hand and foot treatment
- Large electrodes are placed into the tubs, ensuring a good distribution of the current
- The biocompatible distance grids make sure that the skin does not touch the metal directly
- Biocompatible comfort pads are included for the hand treatment. They make the therapy more comfortable by enveloping the edge of the tubs.

Connected
The power supply unit can be used worldwide and has a long cable, so that the unit can be connected directly to a wall socket. This provides extra safety and makes sure that an extension cable, which could fall into the tubs, is unnecessary.
Note: Never connect the power supply to an extension cord - plug it into the walls outlet for security resons.

IDROMED iontophoresis devices
The Idromed is available as PC and DC. The subtle difference: PC stands for pulsed current, DC for direct current.
This means that each has a fixed current selection. The current type cannot be switched, which makes the device much easier to use.
There is no possibility of unintentionally selecting the wrong current type. We always recommend using the pulsed current version: Advantages of pulse current
