1. Scope

The following T&Cs apply to all orders placed via our shop.

2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase contract is concluded with Bindner Medical - Owner Bindner Markus, Bismarckstrasse 20, 79331 Teningen

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You have the option of completing the ordering process using the shopping cart system.

You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in your shopping cart by clicking on the order button.

Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

3. Contract language, storage of the contract text

The language available for concluding the contract is German. We save the contract text on our systems, which are, however, not accessible to you.

4. Payment

You can pay the invoice amount by credit card, invoice, PayPal, advance payment and direct debit.

Without prejudice to your legal rights, we offer you the following voluntary
return guarantee:

You will be charged for the hygiene items used during the test period: hand/foot set at 70 EUR as well as all options and accessories at the list price displayed at the time of purchase!
Return costs are not refunded.

This return guarantee does not limit your legal rights and therefore also not your right of cancellation.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Warranty and guarantees

Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability for defects applies.
Defects that occur within one year of delivery of the goods can be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods.

8. Dispute resolution:

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The universal arbitration board of the Center for Arbitration e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein (https://www.verbraucher-schlichter.de) is responsible for dispute resolution proceedings.

10. Severability clause

If any of these provisions are not applied for any reason whatsoever, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
