You are unsuccessful or don't like the iontophoresis therapy? Make use of our 8-week money back guarantee!

Iontophoresis does not agree with you? You have eight weeks to decide whether you want to stick with the therapy.

This guarantee  applies to all iontophoresis devices and mains plugs! You will not be charged for your eight-week therapy trial!

You will only be charged for the accessories you used:
- 70 EUR for the set for hand/foot treatment (electrodes, tubs, grids)
- All other accessories will be charged at their respective prices listed in our shop

Warranty period

We offer a warranty of 5 years on all iontophoresis devices, power supplies, and the cables for the metal electrodes (metal electrodes are available in any set).

We offer a warranty of 15 years on all stainless steel electrodes, 10 years on all aluminum electrodes, and 25 months on all electrodes of other materials (e.g. silicone).

Replacement iontophoresis devices

If there is a problem with a device you purchased from us, you are entitled to loan a replacement device, so that you will not lose success!

Due to the high quality of all iontophoresis devices on offer, there is no need to fear a repair. Our devices are very stable and reliable.

In case that a repair does become necessary: repair times are kept to a minimum with our warranty handling system. If everything works smoothly, we can get your device repaired within a few days in Europe.

Important: You can benefit from our EU-wide pickup service in case of a defect (available also for Switzerland)!

Our recommendation is stainless steel. If handled correctly, it will last you a long time, and it is easy to clean and disinfect.

BINDNER MEDICAL ELECTRODES RECOMMENDED GUARANTEE

If you followed our recommendations (stainless steel) and are dissatisfied with the material, we will exchange your stainless steel electrodes for aluminium or silicone electrodes free of charge.

GOODWILL

As a rule, we always try to be accommodate your needs - you can count on us, especially in warranty cases. Should it take longer than a few days to repair one of our devices, we will provide a replacement device upon request. Of course, it is important that you have bought the device from us.

If the success of one of our devices does not satisfy you, or you are of the opinion that you should have chosen another device (see: exchange), simply let us know, and we will find a solution!
