BINDNER MEDICAL - Our company's founder, Markus Bindner, was introduced to iontophoresis during his studies and brought it to popularity on the internet. Bindner Medical was the first distributor in the field of iontophoresis.

BINDNER MEDICAL has grown in expertise throughout the years and guides its customers towards the goal of a sweat-free life.

The company achieved such a high, worldwide success within 2 years that iontophoresis became its main business project, and manufacturers started lining up for a cooperation. Since those early days, we have always had at least 2 manufacturers on board so as to offer our customers a free choice and match their needs to the individual advantages of our respective devices.

It is important to us to work independently from manufacturers and avoid the pressure to deliver mandatory sales numbers.

Figuratively speaking, we really did not want to be the annoying insurance agent who sells granny a disability insurance for a cut-throat price.

Our offer should always fit the customer – not the other way around.

We don't sell iontophoresis devices because we have no other choice or because someone higher up tells us to. We recommend what we think is the best fit regardless of profit maxims and profit optimizations. After so many years in the field, our current partners (Dr. Hoenle since 2001 and Hidrex since 2006) offer us the high quality and performance we need to enable the success and satisfaction of our customers.

The internet phenomenon: our iontophoresis support has become easier and more efficient, especially from the customer's point of view. You can profit from our competence and availability: there are no long waiting times. It is possible to get the right answers within minutes. The medical product class 2a specifies that iontophoresis devices can be used not only in clinical applications, but also for home therapy without special instructions. Therefore, in theory anyone can sell iontophoresis devices.

However, we believe that the distributor should be a specialist with in-depth knowledge. Our expertise, insight, and experience is difficult to rival. BINDNER MEDICAL relies on certified medical product consultants. We are a listed supplier of the German Federal Armed Forces, border guards, and police. We are a partner and supplier of the Sport University Cologne. We trust in experienced iontophoresis users to make sure we never lose our proximity to the customers and our eye for problems.
